Welcome to Coastal Interiors. I’m Dawn Vanderslice, an interior designer and decorator with a passion for creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Working together, my goal is to transform your vision into reality, creating spaces that reflect your personality and style. Born and raised by the ocean I love all things Coastal. With 27 years of experience and an eye for detail I have used my talents to create some of the most beautiful homes and offices along the shore.
My Story
Growing up I enjoyed painting and working with color. I spent my childhood creating art that was reflective of my environment and surroundings. Naturally, most of my work centered upon the elements of the shore as I spent most of my time on the beach and in the ocean. I am a firm believer that your passions will naturally lead you to do what you love. I began my career helping friends and family make simple color selections for their homes and grew my business to where it is now. I've had the privilege of designing and decorating hundreds of homes, offices and communal spaces. My work has been featured in design publications and my range of expertise has expanded to the full scope of home design. My portfolio includes new construction homes, rental rehabs, community spaces, offices, and just about any other space you can think of. There is no project too big or too small.
